Welcome to L'Écume, the restaurant of the Hôtel Les Vagues in Arcachon. Facing the sea, it offers a magnificent view of the Arcachon basin through its large bay windows, creating a luminous, soothing atmosphere.

The cuisine, a blend of land and sea, draws its inspiration from the marine environment and local flavors, enhanced by the chef's favorite aromatic herbs and spices. Gaël Derrien, only 30 years old, honors fresh, seasonal produce with three themed menus at €45: La Terre, La Mer and Le Végétal. For food lovers, an Epicurean menu at 69€ offers a culinary journey through these three elements.

Warm, professional room service adds a "just like home" touch to the experience, making each visit unique and welcoming.

The restaurant is open for lunch from 12pm to 2pm and for dinner from 7pm to 9pm. A place where the simplicity of flavors blends with the beauty of the natural setting.

Closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday lunchtimes.
